WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

NuvèLuxx Raw Hair accepts all major credit and debit cards. After pay options are also available. Please note that we can only ship a credit/debit card order to the same address to which your statement is sent. Any order that fails to fit this criteria will not ship and be immediately refunded. This policy protects you from fraudulent use of your card.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us to cancel an order. If your order has not departed our facilities, we can cancel the order. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best Raw hair. Therefore there are no returns on any Raw Hair or mink lashes. If you have any questions comments or concerns, contact NuvèLuxx Raw customer service directly at Nuveluxxraw@gmail.com

WHAT ARE YOUR AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS?

(1) FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

NuvèLuxx Raw Hair currently ships orders using USPS. Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 business for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs our facilities. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777).
