Many times when we are low on energy the first thought we have is “coffee”, but we also forget the benefits that herbal tea has on our body. Tea generates more compounds than any cup of coffee can produce.

Both of these teas are made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and are thus known as true teas. Other true teas include oolong tea, pu-erh tea, and white tea.
